Membre d'Honneur

The title of Membre d’Honneur of Skål International may only be awarded to an active, life or retired member for his distinguished services to the Skål movement. The concession can also be made posthumously. These services should be considered for having encouraged the purposes, objectives and activities of the Skål International movement.

The title is granted by right to members of the Executive Committee who have served for at least two years and are no longer part of it. The granting of the distinction requires an absolute majority of the votes of the Assembly and is granted for life.
